Housing
Don't worry-IADT can assist you with housing. When you're at the Academy, your living arrangements won't be up in the air.
- Furnished dormitory apartments
Most apartments are completely furnished (including appliances), which are spacious and comfortable enough for you and your IADT roommates to live. Utilities and furniture are typically included in the rent. To secure an apartment, there is a security deposit that holds the apartment until you move in.
- Safe, central locations
Housing is typically located in popular, friendly, safe, active neighborhoods. It is easily accessible by public transportation, and near many of Chicago's top attractions.

Non-Discrimination Policy – Individuals with Disabilities
IADT – Chicago does not discriminate against individuals on the basis of physical or mental disability and is fully committed to providing reasonable accommodations, including appropriate auxiliary aids and services, to qualified individuals with a disability, unless providing such accommodations would result in an undue burden or fundamentally alter the nature of the relevant program, benefit, or service provided by IADT – Chicago. To request an auxiliary aid or service please contact the Abilities Office Coordinator.
Individuals requesting an auxiliary aid or service will need to complete an Application for Auxiliary Aid. To enable IADT – Chicago to timely provide an auxiliary aid or service, IADT – Chicago requests that individuals complete and submit the Application for Auxiliary Aid six weeks before the first day of classes, or as soon as practical. Disagreements regarding an appropriate auxiliary aid and alleged violations of this policy may be raised pursuant to IADT – Chicago's grievance procedures.
