The Institutional Scholarship has been established to assist students who may demonstrate financial need and are committed to maintaining satisfactory academic progress. Applicants must submit a one to two-page typed essay describing why the applicant feels he or she deserves the award. The scholarship awards will range from $250 to $999 for each scholarship recipient, payable during the first quarter of attendance after the award is granted.
Deadline for application is December 20, March 20, June 20, and September 20 of each year. The awards are granted during the following quarter.
Eligibility:

Scholarship Awarding Panel: The panel consists of the Vice President of Finance (also serves as the Chair), the Associate Vice President of Admissions, and the Director of Financial Aid.
The International Academy of Design & Technology offers scholarships annually to both incoming (new students) and continuing students, in order to encourage the pursuit of higher education. Applicants must submit a separate application for all scholarships for which they wish to apply.
Scholarship applications for all Incoming Students are available from the Financial Aid Office or the Admissions Department.
Any award under $1,000 will be awarded in the term for which the award is granted. Awards of $1,000 to $4,999 will be applied in equal quarterly installments though an academic year (three quarters) of attendance. Awards of $5,000 or more will be applied in equal quarterly installments throughout the program length. Withdrawal from the Academy nullifies any unused scholarship funds.
Students may apply for multiple scholarships, but will only be eligible to receive one scholarship per scholarship cycle, the scholarship with the greatest cash value.
