The Fashion Merchandising Program at the International Academy of Design & Technology in Chicago is an exciting option for students interested in the business side of the fashion industry. Our Fashion Merchandising Program is designed to prepare students for career opportunities in retail management for the fashion industry. Learn the ins and outs of fashion marketing at the Academy. You can get a strong business foundation, learning the factors that influence business, demand and sales. You can get the training you need to open your own boutique or to work for any number of retailers selling the latest fashions.
We offer both an Associate of Applied Science Degree and a Bachelor of Arts Degree program. The BA degree is more involved, and includes additional courses in management, business, marketing and more, allowing you the opportunity to better understand the fashion market and adapt to the changes in it, as well as to design store displays and improve customer sales.
